Nellie‘s passion for real estate began when she was 20 years old while attending the University of San Diego She was introduced to the world of property management in particular of small apartment complexes. Supporting her family’s move to Coronado, she continued her passion being the one who always talked about real estate. She started purchasing and managing multiple properties in Coronado, Imperial Beach as well as Big Bear Lake. Searching for her client’s perfect property is a highly rewarding pursuit for her. She has witnessed the transformative power of what purchasing real estate can do for a person’s confidence thus putting into motion the power to achieve one’s other goals that might be more nuanced to achieve.
